We inspect the quantity, design, material, color, size, and other key details.
For most items, we perform a random check on 10% to 30% of the goods. For certain critical items, we check them one by one when necessary.

Here’s how we inspect each aspect:

• Quantity – We count the items one by one to ensure that nothing is missing.

• Color – We check each piece to ensure the color matches the order.

• Design – We compare the goods to the reference pictures taken before the order was placed.

• Material – We compare the materials to the approved sample (random check).

• Size / Weight – We take measurements to verify the actual specifications (random check).

Meanwhile, our team will take detailed photos throughout every step of the inspection process.

Inspection is always necessary, even if you have bought from the same Chinese supplier more than ten times.

No supplier can be trusted 100%. Some may deliver the correct products at the beginning, but later send the wrong or different items — whether to cut costs or simply due to mistakes.

Besides, workers can also make errors in color, quantity, or other details. It’s not always intentional — sometimes they are tired or emotionally affected, which may lead to mistakes. These issues are not always within the control of the factory owner.

That’s why a careful inspection is essential to ensure the right products are delivered before shipment.
