We Attended the Guangzhou Building Decoration Fair 2025 – Here’s What We Saw

The Guangzhou Building Decoration Fair (CBD Fair) is one of the largest and most influential building material exhibitions in China.

Held in July 2025, it gathered thousands of suppliers in categories like doors & windows, hardware, cabinets, aluminum systems, and more.

The Guangzhou CBD Fair 2025 was well organized across multiple themed exhibition halls. The entire fair was divided into five main areas (A–E), each dedicated to specific product categories.

• Area A focused on smart home systems, smart locks, whole-house customization, and decorative building materials for walls and ceilings.
• Area B featured woodworking machinery, design customization, and coating solutions.
• Area C covered a wide range of hardware and materials, including furniture fittings, interior decoration hardware, and building materials.
• Area D was mainly for door and window systems — including machinery, accessories, and integrated entrance solutions.
• Area E, the Poly World Trade Center area, was dedicated to tools and general hardware.

The Guangzhou International Bath and Sanitary Ware Fair was also held concurrently in Halls 6–8, showcasing bathroom vanities, shower rooms, sanitary fittings, and intelligent toilets.

The exhibition was packed with leading local brands showcasing the latest in door systems, window solutions, smart locks, aluminum profiles, and complete home systems etc.

Many booths were beautifully designed, showing off real project samples, installation ideas, and technical innovations.

We had good conversations with suppliers offering high-quality OEM support and export-ready products.

• Modern door styles are in trend, especially black frames and wood finishes.
• Smart home integration (especially smart locks & window systems) is growing fast.
• Many suppliers are improving overseas localization services to suit export markets.
• Aluminum system doors and windows are a big focus, especially for project buyers.

• By Air: Fly into Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport (CAN), which has direct international routes.
• By High-Speed Train: You can also arrive at Guangzhou South Station or Guangzhou East Station via China’s fast and reliable bullet train network.
• To the Fair: From downtown, take Metro Line 8 or Line 4 to Pazhou or Xingangdong Station, which connects directly to the exhibition halls. Or take a Taxi from your hotel, then the driver will bring you there directly.
